Cancellation Policy

At PAWtastic, we strive to accommodate each client’s schedule. To help us manage our time effectively and ensure all pets receive quality service, please review our cancellation policy below.     1.    Cancellation & Rescheduling     •    48 Hours or More: No fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge.     •    24-48 Hours: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.     •    Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: The full appointment fee will be charged.     2.    Late Arrivals     •    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten the appointment. In these cases, a cancellation fee of up to the full appointment price may apply.     3.    Emergency Considerations     •    We understand unexpected events happen. If you cannot make your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a reliable schedule for all our clients and their pets. Thank you for understanding!
